COVID-19 hospitalizations jump up again in St. Joseph

COVID-19 hospitalizations have jumped back up over 60 once again.

Mosaic Life Care reports 65 coronavirus patients are being treated at its St. Joseph hospital as of Monday morning.

Mosaic has now tested 37,117 area residents with 2,981 testing positive. Mosaic is awaiting results from 131 tests.

St. Joseph health officials reported 63 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the county total to 3,106 since the pandemic began. The county has recorded 36 coronavirus-related deaths.

Andrew County reports three new cases of COVID-19, bringing its total to 485 since the pandemic began.

Doniphan County, Kansas reports a total of 140 cases.
