ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas teen for alleged driving under the influence and for skipping court.
Just after 6:30p.m. Wednesday, police booked 19-year-old Morgyn L. Gerber of Atchison into the county jail, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
She was arrested on a District Court warrant for driving under the influence, that occurred in July 2023, and a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. She bonded out of jail Wednesday night, according to online jail records.
