4-year-old Missouri boy injured after semi tractor, car crash

GRUNDY COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 4:30p.m. Friday in Grundy County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Peterbilt tractor driven by Paul G. England, 52, Marshall, was northbound on U.S. 65 at Route C in Spikard.

The truck struck a 2011 Lincoln MKZ driven by Samantha R. Lynch, 28, Trenton, who was making a left turn onto Route C from U.S. 65.

A private vehicle transported a 4-year-old boy in the Lincoln to Wright Memorial Hospital. The drivers were not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
