John McEvoy, 61, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024.
He was born on April 21, 1962, in Dupo, Illinois.
He spent several years on the road as a truck driver for Willis trucking, as well as Mahnken and Brothertons.
John enjoyed fishing, hunting, and family dinners were his favorites. When having a BBQ John would feed all of the kids that came by. If you were hungry, he would feed ya.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred & Hazel Swenick, and uncle, Fritz Swenick, all of Illinois.
Survivors include his wife, Marilynn McEvoy, and Navada McEvoy, of the home; Amanda (Mike) Brock, and 5 grandkids, all of St. Joseph, and his mother, Deloris (William) Wagnor of Dupo, Illinois.
