BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged aggravated battery and on Saturday asked the public's for help to locate 37-year-old Ricardo A. Herron, according to the Hiawatha Police Department.
Herron was last known to be living in the city of Atchison, Kansas. The alleged Aggravated Battery which occurred in the City of Hiawatha, Kansas.
