ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.
On Saturday, police arrested 23-year-old Cheyanne H. Bailey of Rushville Mo, on requested charges of domestic battery, criminal trespass, and criminal damage to property in the 1900 block Harper Drive, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In Dec. of 2018 she was jailed for an alleged Kansas Department of Corrections parole violation.
She has convictions for theft;obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property; more than $1,500 less than $25,000, Escape from Custody and Electronic Monitor Equip: Intent remove/disable, according to the KDOC. She had been out of prison since Sept. of 2020.
