Phyllis Ann Crump, 75, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 in St. Joseph.
She was born February 5, 1951 in St. Joseph, daughter of the late, Elsie and Leroy Fanning. She graduated from Lafayette High School and Platte Business College. She worked as a homemaker, raising her children. She enjoyed bingo, lottery tickets, and was an amazing grandmother and mother. She constantly spent her weekends surrounded by family and didn't want it any other way.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Jason Fanning, and siblings, Eugene, Winfred, David, Brenda, and Nikki. Survivors include daughters, Billie (Floyd) Bellomy, Brandy (John Clayton) Keith, Tina Douglas, and Cindi (Ron) Dinwiddie, son, Steven (Kelly) Fanning, siblings, Virgil, Mary Lou, Stephanie, Donnie, Phillip, James, Lori, Barbara, and Leroy, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as 2 great-great grandchildren.
Ms. Crump has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will take place Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Rupp Funeral Home.
