The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop H, headquartered in Saint Joseph, announced two new troopers Thursday. Both were members of MSHP's 125 recruit class, and graduated from the Law Enforcement Academy April 10th.
Trooper Brennar Jones, of Rushville, will serve Andrew and Buchanan counties, and Trooper Shadow Phillips, originally from Cameron, will serve Daviess and DeKalb counties. Both will begin service on Missouri's highways April 27th.
