Amy Lynn Myers, 52, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

She was born February 12, 1974 to Anita Marie Myers in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Amy touched many hearts during her fifty-two years of life. She was a dependable cornerstone in her family, deeply loved by her mother, Anita Myers. Her bond with her siblings, sister Alexis Myers (Dylan), and brother Steven Myers (Jenni), was unbreakable and filled with countless fond memories. Amy's affection for her nephews, Jaxon and Connor, and nieces, Kaylin and Natalie, shone brightly, each child holding a special place in her heart. She also shared a profound and meaningful connection with her significant friend, Wade.

Amy’s professional life was marked by her dedicated work as a dental assistant and pharmacist technician.

Family and friends were the heart of Amy's world. Traditions and family gatherings were enriched by her presence; she was the soul who brought laughter and warmth to every occasion. An avid thrifter, Amy had the remarkable ability to find treasures in the most unexpected places. Her keen eye for detail and love for a great deal was coupled with a knack for organization that left many in awe.

Amy was an embodiment of resourcefulness; her talents extended to fixing and upgrading electronic items such as TVs, cellphones and radios, showcasing her abilities to repurpose and bring new life to the old.

Amy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty and Ted Ellis, Grandma Annie Duncan, uncles William Smith and Randy Ellis, and cousins Shawn and Cyndi.

As her family and friends celebrate Amy's beautiful life, they will hold her memory close, reflecting on how she modeled living fully with a courageous and generous heart. Amy Lynn Myers' story is not of an end but of an enduring love that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.

Memorial Service 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 24, Simplify Cremations & Funerals. Visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to her Funeral Service. Cremation under the direction of Simplify Cremations & Funerals.
