ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas man with a history of crime is back in jail.
On Thursday, police arrested 34-year-old Thomas C. Jones of Atchison, on a District Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In January, he spent time in the Atchison County Jail for alleged theft and for a bond violation in March, according to online jail records.
