ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas woman with a history of jail time is back in custody.
On Monday, police arrested 24-year-old Chelsea R. Martin of Atchison on a Community Corrections detain order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In October police arrested Martin on a city warrant and in September on drug possession allegation, according to online jail records.
