Helen Ruth Verbick, 79, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023.
She was born on December 29, 1943, to Raymond F. and Mary Frances (Dannar) Trump in Worth, Missouri.
She attended Lafayette High School and went on to obtain her nursing degree.
As an obstetrics nurse for 40 years, she brought her God-inspired wisdom to countless mothers and babies—a credit to how much she cared for the many who are on the planet today. Helen was an avid cook and baker.
She was a member of the Freeman Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
Helen married Delbert Lee Verbick on October 21, 1962, and they shared 54 years together.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grand-daughter, Grace.
Survivors include her sons, Darren Verbick (Peggy), David Verbick (Lindsay) and Damon Verbick (Lesa); grandchildren, Michael (Stacy),Tyler (Erin), Sarah (Nich), Chloe,Julia and Ryder; three great-grandchildren; a beloved sister, Clara Hirter; her closest niece, Julie (Mike) McCormick, and other numerous nieces and nephews.
