GRUNDY COUNTY—A Missouri man died in an accident just after 1p.m. Friday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Suzuki XL7 driven by David C. Travis, 20, Spickard, was southbound on U.S. 65 two miles north of Trenton.
The vehicle crossed the center line and struck the towed unit of a northbound 2004 Sterling AT95 driven by Clayton W. Radcliff, 25, Trenton.
Grundy County ambulance transported Travis and a passenger in the Suzuki Sean K. Babbitt, 21, Humphreys, to Wright Memorial Hospital where Travis died. Radcliff was not injured. The occupants of the Suzuki were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
