DEKALB COUNTY—Four people were injured in an accident just after 5:30p.m. Friday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2025 Mazda CX 90 driven by a 46-year-old Stewartsville woman was northbound on Route M and stopped at the posted stop sign at U.S. 36 one mile north of Osborn.
The driver pulled into the path of an eastbound 2025 Nissan Altima driven by a 46-year-old Florissant man. After impact both vehicles traveled off the north side of the road.
EMS transported both drivers, a 17-year-old girl from the Mazda and a 16-year-old boy from the Nissan to Mosaic Life Care. All four were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
