Jimmy Ray Clements, 68 of Elwood Ks, passed away October 8, 2024, at home. He was born on January 23, 1956, to Hubert and Hazel McGeorge-Clements. He married Marlene Clements in Saint Joseph, Mo on July 22, 1988, and she survives of the home.
Preceding in death by his parents, a sister Connie Grabiel and Brother-in-law John Grabiel. Grandson Dayton Crockett and sister-in-law Nada Clements.
Jim worked in the Tannery business for over 40 years finally retiring from National Beef Leathers in 2021. After retirement Jim enjoyed spending time with his family, tinkering with his buggy and sitting at the kitchen table watching the birds.
Jim loved being with his family and he cherished his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, daughters: Tania Lawrence (Chris), Constance Wooley (Stan), and Jennifer Clements. His son Joshua Clements (Kellie). Brothers Ronnie Clements (Barnard, MO), Stanley Clements (Saint Joseph), Edwin Clements (Enid Oklahoma) and Roger Clements (Overland Park, Ks). 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, one great grandchild on the way and his dog Dexter.
There is no scheduled service. Family visitation will be from 12 noon-2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 12, 2024.
