MERCER COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Saturday in Mercer County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Infiniti QX56 driven by Chara D. Bauld, 41, Stromsburg, NE, was northbound on Route B four miles east of Cainsville. The vehicle struck a deer.
Mercer County EMS transported a passenger Samuel R. Morrison, 45, Augilar, CO., to Harrison County Community Hospital. Bauld was not injured. Morrison was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
