Mosaic Life Care reports a drop in COVID-19 hospitalization numbers.
Mosaic reports that as of Monday morning it is treating 24 total COVID patients in its system; 22 in St. Joseph and two in Maryville.
Mosaic had been reporting between 40 and 50 coronavirus patients the past couple of weeks and reported nearly 40 patients going into the weekend. It reported 24 COVID-19 patients in St. Joseph and one in Maryville on Sunday morning.
The St. Joseph Health Department makes its official report this afternoon. It reported 30 new coronavirus cases in Buchanan County on Friday.
