LIVINGSTON COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Friday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by a New Richmond, Wisconsin, man was westbound on MO 190 four miles west of Chillicothe. The truck's towed unit detached, entered the eastbound lane and collided with an eastbound 2007 Chevy Silverado driven by a 61-year-old Jamesport man.
EMS transported a 61-year-old female passenger in the Chevy to Hedrick Medical Center. The Chevy driver refused treatment of a minor injury. The occupants of the Chevy were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
