Dana Lynne Brooner 58, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at her home. She was born July 30, 1964 in St. Joseph, daughter of Bonnie and William "Bill" Brooner.
She graduated from Benton High School, class of 1982. She worked at Mosaic Life Care Hospital as a Medical Coder. Dana loved going hunting, especially for turkeys, and fishing with her brother, Kevin. She also enjoyed singing, and she had a love for animals, especially her Westie, Molly, and her Horse, Whinney. Dana was a member of the Clarksdale Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Bonni Brooner.
Survivors include: parents, Bonnie and Bill Brooner of St. Joseph, brothers, Kevin Brooner of Loveland, CO and Kyle (Irene) Brooner of Easton, MO, niece and nephew, Kayla and Kord Brooner, and a great-niece, Austyn Brooner.
Dana has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
