ATCHISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 5p.m. Wednesday in Atchison County.
According to Police Chief Mike Wilson, a Chrysler mini van driven by Stacy Peuker, 58, Bendena, was backing out of a parking space in the 900 block Commercial in Atchison when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet passenger car driven by Grace Brader, 20, Cummings.
EMS transported Brader to Amberwell for treatment of injuries. Peuker was not injured. Police released no additional details.
