LIVINGSTON COUNTY—Three people were injured in an accident just before 7p.m. Sunday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1997 Jeep Wrangler driven by Ryan D. Foster, 61, Hale, was southbound on MO 139 three miles north of Hale.
The driver attempted to make a left turn into a private drive and struck a northbound 2015 Polaris Ranger 9005 driven by Christopher B. Hartbert, 24, Hale.
Livingston EMS transported Hartbert and one passengers on the ATV Chleo R. Steward, 24, Carrolton to Carrol County Memorial Hospital.
EMS transported a second passenger on the ATV Kensley Steward, Carrolton, to Carrolton Hospital. Foster was not injured.
Chleo Steward was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The agency also did not report Kensley Steward's age.
