Donis Kaye Allen, age 64, of Atchison, Kansas, passed on June 7, 2025.
Homegoing services will be on Saturday, June 14th at 11:00 a.m. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
Donis Kaye Allen, was born, May 6, 1961, to the late Carolyn Jackson and the late Charles Churchill in Atchison, KS.
As a young girl she lived and went to school in Houston, TX and resumed her studies in Kansas when the family moved back. Donis remained in Kansas and raised her family in Atchison.
Donis enjoyed cooking especially tacos, fried chicken wings & pork chops! She loved playing games with her family and friends. She could be seen out on her porch watching her grandkids play and talking to people passing by.
She was so very loved and known as Aunt Donny to a host of nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her family and friends who would stop by along the way to say hello. Donis was the middle sister of Peggy Clayton, Sherry Allen-Manigault, Toi Allen and Billy Allen, proceeding her in death are Brother-in-law Dennis Clayton, Sister Arthene Allen-Mackey, and Sister Deneen Allen.
