Connie Lou Francis, 82, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023. She was born March 10, 1941 in Andrew County, Missouri. Real Estate was her passion in St. Joseph for 45 years and was loved by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her Mother and Stepfather, Agnes and Ernie Speaker; her Father and Stepmother, Sheldon and Marie Weaver; her Son, Jeffrey Francis; her Stepsister, Vernie Ford; and her Stepbrother, Art Ford.
Survivors include her Brother, Al Weaver (Kay) of Tampa, FL; her Twin Sister, Carole Wright of Mission Hills, CA; her Sons, Mark Francis (Terri) of St. Joseph, MO, and Scott Francis (Joan) of Kansas City, MO; her Grandchildren, Caytlin Fansher (Nick) of St. Joseph; Chandlyr Francis of St. Joseph; Maureen Porrello (Joe, Jr.) of Leawood, KS; and Ruth Francis of Los Angeles, CA; her Step-Grandchildren, Christan Brown (Matt) of Kansas City, MO; and Chad Calovich of Lawrence, KS; her Great Grandchildren, Olivia and Mila Porrello, and Lennon Fansher; her Step-Great Grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth and Jaxson Brown, and Jonathan Calovich. Last, but not least, she wanted a mention of her so-called “adopted kids” of Debbie Tuttle of Denver, Lyle Lininger (Annie) of Phoenix, AZ, and Brenda Ray of St. Joseph, as they were always around in growing up.
She will be dearly missed and loved by all of her family and friends whose lives she has touched.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorial gifts to the Oregon Care Center Activity Fund.
