2 Mo. teens hospitalized after car strikes ditch

HARRISON COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 10:30a.m. Monday in Harrison County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Ford Free Style driven by a 16-year-old boy from Albany was eastbound on U.S. 136 one mile east of Albany.

The car traveled off the south side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The car then traveled off the north side of the road and struck a ditch. 

Grand River EMS transported the driver to Mosaic in Albany. A private vehicle transported a passenger Oliva A.  Pepin, 18, Albany to Mosaic in Albany. They were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
