BROWN COUNTY —One person died in a head-on crash just before 11p.m. Saturday in Brown County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Ford F150 driven by Lana M. Bachman, 46, Centralia, was southbound on U.S. 75 just south of 190th Road.
The pickup crossed the center line and struck a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Glenn D. Aston, 66, Humbolt, Nebraska, head-on.
Aston was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Chapel Oaks Funeral Home. EMS transported Bachman to Stormont Vail in Topeka. Aston was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
