ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on charges from out of state.
On Monday, police arrested 21-year-old Dwayne A. Nixon, 21, Atchison, on a State of New Jersey warrant for failure to appear in court.
He is being held without bond, according to online jail records.
