Deanna Marx, 77, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, April 1, 2024.
She was born January 25, 1947, in St. Joseph to Lloyd and Esther (Inscho) Marx. She was a 1965 graduate of Bishop LeBlond High School.
After high school, she was an executive assistant at Texas Instruments for many years until her retirement.
Deanna was a devoted member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and involved with the Altar Society. Her church family and Catholic faith were an important part of her life. Outside of her faith, she enjoyed traveling, flowers and being committed to her family.
She had a generous heart and supported numerous charities. Deanna will be remembered for her kind, gentle and loving personality. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Duane Marx and Carlene Moran.
Survivors include her sister, Carol Marx-Ruth (Richard); nephew, Lee Moran; nieces, Emily Ruth and Rozalind Ruth; great-nieces, Whitney Moran and Maddy Moran; and brother-in-law, Bill Moran.
