Roger Lawrence, 90, of Easton, MO, passed away August 21, 2023. Roger was born December 21, 1932 in St. Joseph to Merle and Dorothy Lawrence.
Prior to retirement he worked at Meadow Gold.
He married Judy Egger on September 3, 1976 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church; and she survives. Also surviving are a son David Lawrence and wife Tracy, daughter Laurie Boles and husband Luke; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, four children infants Billy and Sharon, two sons, Roger, Jr., Albert; four brothers Lewis, Lyle, Gene, Ralph; three sisters Shirley, Margaret, and Annabelle.
He was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church and the Missouri Bowlers Hall of Fame. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, and fishing.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:00 am at Seven Dolors Catholic Church, in Hurlingen. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. The rosary will be recited Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., with visitation to follow from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.
