A 25-year-old St. Joseph man has been shot and killed outside an apartment complex in St. Joseph.
St. Joseph police report the shooting took place around four o’clock Sunday morning outside the Ridge Apartments at 2121 South Riverside Road in east St. Joseph.
The victim has been identified as Jabin Bullock.
Police are not releasing details. No suspect is in custody.
