ANDREW COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Friday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Ford F150 driven by Joshua J. Vaughn, 42, Ash Grove, was southbound on U.S. 59 ten miles north of St. Joseph.
The pickup turned left into the path of a northbound 2012 GMC Acadia driven by Sarah E. Brown, 32, St. Joseph. The vehicles collided head-on.
Andrew County EMS transported Brown and a passenger in the SUV Michael L. Hurst, 59, Savannah, to Mosaic Life Care. Vaughn was not injured. Brown was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
