Daniel Lee "Danny" Huffman, 74 of Savannah, Mo, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at a local healthcare facility.
Danny was born on February 23,1949 in Helena Missouri, to the late Glenn and Jean Huffman.
He was a graduate of Savannah High School and went on to spend his career years at Whitaker Cable and Stuppy's Floral.
While working at Whitaker's, Danny met his future wife Connie Burgess. Mrs. Huffman preceded him in death on June 21, 2020.
In addition to his wife and his parents, Mr. Huffman was preceded in death by his sister; Sylvia Maris.
He is survived by his brother; Larry (Julia) Huffman of Centenial Colorado along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Graveside service and Interment 3:00 PM, Tuesday, September 05, 2023 at the Bethel Cemetery in Cosby, Missouri, with Rex Strayer officiating.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the "Friends of the St. Joseph Animal Shelter" in Danny's memory
Arrangements are under the direction of Heaton~Bowman~Smith Savannah Chapel.
