DEKALB COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 4p.m. Wednesday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Sarah L. Ellsworth, 38, Stanberry, was northbound on MO 31 at Stewart Road six miles south of King City. The van rear-ended a 1997 Ford F250 driven by Joshua L. Billups, 41, King City, who was slowing to make a right turn.
Grand River EMS transported Ellsworth to Mosaic in St. Joseph. Billups was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
