ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for an alleged violent crime.
On Tuesday, police arrested Lamarr N. Brant, Jr., 48, Atchison, on a requested charge of domestic battery in the 200 block North 9th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains in custody on a $2500 bond, according to online jail records.
