Stacy Lynn Holmes, 41, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
She was born September 13, 1984 to Clayton and Debbie (Lollar) Shepherd in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Stacy was the proud owner of TWSS Hauling, a company she built from the ground up with determination and resilience.
As a free spirit, Stacy found great joy in off-road Jeeping, a hobby that allowed her to explore and navigate the vast beauty of nature. Going on trips and seeking the thrill of adventure were not just pastimes for Stacy; they were essential elements of her very being.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Owen Howard; grandfather, Darrel Lollar.
Survivors include her daughters, Aislyn Howard (Devon Jones) and Peyton Holmes; siblings, Brian and Amy Shepherd; nephew, Greyson Shepherd; aunts, Nancy “Nana” Jones and Pam Lollar; grandmother, Mary Lollar.
The family will gather with friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 25, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
