ANDREW COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Nissan Kicks driven by a 38-year-old St. Joseph woman was northbound on Route W at U.S. 169. The driver failed to yield to a southbound 2006 Ford F250 driven by a 43-year-old St. Joseph man.
The Ford struck the rear passenger side door of the the Nissan as it crossed U.S. 169.
Andrew County EMS transported both drivers and a 41-year-old female passenger in the pickup to Mosaic Life Care. All three were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
