CLINTON COUNTY —A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before midnight Sunday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Dodge Neon driven by Warren M. Sullivan, 24, Leavenworth, was westbound on MO 116 two miles east of Plattsburg.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve. The car traveled off the road, struck an embankment and rolled. EMS transported Sullivan and a 2-year-old girl to Liberty Hospital. The child was properly restrained and not injured. Sullivan was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
