DENT COUNTY —A :Missouri woman died in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Wednesday in Dent County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Chevy Cavalier driven by Susie M. Depriest, 74, Salem, was eastbound on Highway C three miles west of Highway 72.
The driver lost control of the car on a curve. The car slid off the road, struck a culvert, overturned and the driver was ejected.
Depriest ws pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Salem. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
