ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged failure to appear.
Early Tuesday, police arrested Kilah M. Castillo, 44, of St. Joseph on a Wathena Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Police took her to the Atchison County Jail. She is no longer in custody, according to online jail records. Police released no additional details.
