Buchanan County man found guilty of felony possession of meth

A Buchanan County man has been found guilty of felony meth possession charges.

A jury found 60-year-old Lee Allen Haneline guilty on Tuesday in Division III of the Buchanan County Circuit Court - Judge Patrick Robb presiding.

Haneline was charged with possession of meth in Buchanan County in May 2020. He was found by the court to be a prior and persistent felony offender under Missouri law.

Sentencing is set for October 15th. Haneline faces the possibility of an enhanced punishment range by the court.
