Clinton County Sheriff's Department has announced that a jail inmate has died.
The Clinton County Sheriff's Department in a news release announced that Joseph Doran, who was charged with alleged sexual assault, died at the Clinton County Detention Center on Thursday.
Doran was under current hospice care when he was ordered into custody on April 1st. He passed under the care of hospice.
An investigation is underway.
