Charlotte Grace Hoffman of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025 in North Kansas City. She was born November 12, 2025 in Kansas City, daughter of Alexis and Frederick Hoffman.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Frederick and Clauda Hoffman, and great-grandfather, Howard Ferrel.
Survivors include her loving parents, sisters, Elexis, Novalei, Paislei, and Willow, brothers, Frederick Jade, Devon, Preston, her Nanny, Jeannie Woolsey of St. Joseph, MO, grandmother, Rita Church, grandfather, Frederick Ira Hoffman, and auntie cousin bestie, Mary Shaylean Bales.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Charlotte Hoffman Memorial Fund in Care of Rupp Funeral Home.
