Carly Ashley Anderson, born on May 9, 2023, in Omaha, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023, being rocked in her mother’s arms with dad by their side at Children's Hospital & Medical Center. Carly's time on earth was filled with love, joy, and the warmth of her family's affection.
From the moment Carly was born, she was a beacon of strength and determination. She had a unique way of doing things, always in her own time and in her own way. Carly was a fighter, showing resilience and courage beyond her tender age.
Carly had a special love for her mobile and pacifier, and a particular fondness for her toy octopus, finding comfort and joy in the simplest of things. Carly loved being held and rocked to sleep in the arms of those who loved her most.
Above all, Carly loved her mom and dad. Their bond was evident in every interaction, every shared smile, every tender touch.
Carly's life, though brief, was filled with moments of joy and love. She touched the lives of those around her in profound ways, leaving a lasting legacy of strength, courage, and love. Carly's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Carly was the cherished daughter of Christopher and Brittany Anderson. She was the beloved granddaughter of Tom "Pee Paw" Brown, Lavina Middleton, Lee Ann Anderson, and Shannon Anderson. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who adored her.
Carly was preceded in death by her aunt, Heather Brown, and cousin, Kaiber Williams.
The family will gather with friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
