ANDREW COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Buick Rendezvous driven by a 59-year-old Bolckow man was northbound on U.S. 71 three miles north of Savannah. The truck rear-ended a 1981 C-7000 Grain Truck driven by a 66-year-old Rosendale man who was slowing to turn east into Andrew County Oil. After impact the grain truck overturned.
Andrew County EMS transported the SUV driver to Mosaic Life Care. A private vehicle transported the truck driver to Mosaic. The drivers were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer reports names of accident victims.
