The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office arrested 42 year old Dennis Ray Cummings of St. Joseph, wanted for possession of child pornography, following the excecution of a serach warrant.

&nbsp;Cummings was arrested on Tuesday when the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office executed the search warrant at 1311 South 20th St., after a lengthy investigation.&nbsp; During the search, investigators seized items of evidence related to the ongoing investigation.

Additional cases for multiple violations of the failure to register as a sexual offender statute will also be submitted to Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney Michelle Davidson's Office for review and consideration of charges.&nbsp; The Sheriff's Office said all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
