Missouri Gov. Mike Parson has appointed Brian Tubbs of Mound City as Associate Circuit Judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit.
Tubbs currently operates his own private law practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics and agribusiness as well as a law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Tubbs succeeds William Richards who is retiring.
