Missouri man, woman hospital after SUV strikes animal

HARRISON COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 9:30p.m. Thursday in Harrison County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Ford Escape driven by Barbara M. Selvy, 51, Kansas City, Mo., was southbound on Interstate 35 two miles south of Eagleville.

The vehicle struck an animal in the road. North Harrison EMS transported Selvy and a passenger Frank A. Montes, 52, Kansas City, MO., to Harrison County Community Hospital. They were both properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
