BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating&nbsp; a Kansas felon with a history of violence on new charges.

Just before 6p.m. Sept. 1, sheriff's deputies with assistance from Horton Police, arrested Ricky Wabaunsee 44 Horton&nbsp; on&nbsp; Felony Warrant, according to Sheriff John Merchang.

&nbsp;He remains jailed on a $75,000 bond on requested charges of Aggravated Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Assault and Felony Obstruction.
