DAVIESS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 11p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Polaris Ranger 900 driven by Caleb D. Waller, 22, Grand View, was southbound on a private drive along Route J four miles south of Altamont.
The UTV traveled off the west side of the driveway and struck a pole. The driver lost control, struck multiple trees and came to rest on its wheels.
EMS transported Waller to Cameron Regional Medical Center. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
