DAVIES COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 7a.m. Wednesday in Davies County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Advance concrete mixer driven by Jeffrey L. Behen, 53, Trenton, was southbound on MO 13 at Sunset two miles south of Gallatin.
The vehicle rear-ended a 2000 Toyota Tundra driven by John L. Hursman, 61, Kidder, that had slowed to make a left turn. After impact the SUV crossed the center line, traveled off the road and struck a ditch.
A private party transported Hursman to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Behen was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
