BROWN COUNTY—A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Thursday in Brown County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Chevy pickup driven by Sarah M. Hoskins, 41, Emmett, was eastbound on U.S. 36 off ramp to U.S. 73.
The pickup left the roadway onto the shoulder. The driver overcorrected and the pickup rolled into the grass median to the north of the eastbound off ramp. The driver was ejected.
EMS transported Hoskins to Hiawatha Community Hospital. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
